Registration and Payment:
Participants must register for classes in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.
Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a spot in the class.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Participants may cancel or rearrange their registration up to 48 hours before the scheduled class date to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class date are non-refundable.
In the event that we need to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or have the option to transfer their registration to another class.
Class Conduct:
Participants are expected to arrive on time and come prepared with any required materials specified in the class description.
Disruptive behavior or failure to follow instructions from the instructor may result in removal from the class without a refund.
Liability:
While every effort is made to ensure the safety of participants during our classes, Thread & Thimble and its instructors are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the class.
Participants are responsible for using equipment and tools properly and safely, and should notify the instructor of any concerns or questions regarding safety procedures.
Intellectual Property:
All class materials, including but not limited to instructional content, patterns, and designs, are the intellectual property of Thread & Thimble and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
Photography and Recording:
Photography and recording of class activities are permitted only with the consent of the instructor and other participants.
Any photographs or recordings taken during the class may not be used for commercial purposes without permission.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Thread & Thimble reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
By registering for and attending our sewing classes, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding our policies.
Gift cards issued by Thread & Thimble are redeemable for services sold via our workroom or online platform.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase additional gift cards.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded. Treat your gift card like cash.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months, e.g., one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
Gift cards must be presented at the time of redemption and cannot be redeemed without its unique code if used online.
Any remaining balance on the gift card after a purchase will be retained and can be used towards future purchases until the balance reaches zero or the expiration date, whichever comes first.
Thread & Thimble reserves the right to refuse the acceptance of any gift card if it appears to be altered, fraudulent, or damaged.
Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
Thread & Thimble is not responsible for any unauthorized use of gift cards.
